Job Description

Cleared Systems is seeking a Healthcare Systems Manager to oversee healthcare technology systems supporting clinical operations, compliance, and secure data management for our healthcare clients. This role focuses on ensuring healthcare systems operate securely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and healthcare data protection standards.

The Healthcare Systems Manager will work closely with healthcare organizations, IT teams, compliance professionals, and vendors to manage electronic health record systems, healthcare applications, and supporting infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in ensuring healthcare systems are properly configured, secure, and capable of supporting modern healthcare workflows.

This role requires both technical and regulatory knowledge. The ideal candidate understands healthcare technology environments and can bridge the gap between healthcare operations, cybersecurity requirements, and system administration.

Job Responsibility

Manage and maintain healthcare systems including EHR/EMR platforms and clinical applications used by healthcare clients.

Ensure healthcare systems align with regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, privacy requirements, and healthcare security standards.

Coordinate implementation, upgrades, and integrations of healthcare software platforms.

Work with healthcare organizations to improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Collaborate with Cleared Systems compliance and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system architecture and proper data protection controls.

Troubleshoot system issues impacting healthcare operations and coordinate with vendors when necessary.

Assist healthcare clients with system configuration, workflow improvements, and user access management.

Support documentation of system architecture, policies, and procedures.

Participate in healthcare technology assessments and system improvement initiatives.

Provide guidance to healthcare organizations on secure use of healthcare technology platforms.
